Laura Reynolds

B.Soc Sci. (Hons) Psychology

Laura graduated from Rhodes University and was introduced to Recruitment soon after moving to Johannesburg, she instantly took to the industry. Her Psychology qualifications combined with her passion for people soon earned her a respected name within the field.

Over the years at The Recruit Group she has successfully created a solution driven & problem solving environment via development of strategies, processes, people and technologies. She is a confident and sound decision maker with diverse management experience across the board. Laura has proven to be resourceful and energetic, with an industrious ability to achieve in highly demanding and competitive environments. Her numerous awards and nominations are testament to this.

Ryan Reynolds

BSc (CompSci), PDEM

Ryan was educated at Rhodes University in Grahamstown. He obtained a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science and Information Systems followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Enterprise Management. After working as a software developer as well as running a successful franchise, he utilised his IT skills and knowledge to open Recruit IT Solutions.

Ryan has grown The Recruit Group by implementing a maverick approach and innovative thinking to create a diverse, energetic, forward thinking company that embraces an entrepreneurial spirit and fosters this throughout the workplace. This approach is evident in all areas that Ryan operates in as he is involved not only in the success of the Recruit Group but other ventures too that aim to improve unemployment statistics in South Africa.

Ryan is an active member of his community and currently sits on the Old Kingswoodian Gauteng Committee in order to contribute to developing the education in South Africa.

Juliette Attwell

B.Com Industrial Psych. (Hons) Marketing Management

Juliette joined The Recruit Group in 2008 and spearheaded the start-up and development of RecruitMI specialising in Sales and Marketing Recruitment. Her honours degree in marketing management together with 5 years work experience in the marketing industry gave her the insight and knowledge to understand clients needs and grow this division to its full potential.

Over time Juliette became a Director and is now responsible for the full spectrum of the business including operations, business development and marketing. Her organisational, management and problem solving skills have ensured the consistent growth of RecruitMI as well as the group as a whole in a fast paced, competitive industry.
